EN: Insofar as I am systematically preceded by rumors, the problem constitutes an impediment to the rules of (intellectual property) law.
FR: Dans la mesure où je suis systématiquement précédée par la rumeur, le problème constitue une entrave au droit (de la propriété intellectuelle notamment).
3. Therapeutic hindrance
EN: The post-traumatic stress disorder I am experiencing, in this impossible situation, literally "locks me in" - into "full data retention" mode - in a way which also hinders accurate diagnosis (of any type), considering further that a dedicated computer is needed to resolve such a situation.

5. Hostage situation
EN: The ambient misinformation through rumors is such that a change of psychiatrist for further referral to a medical consultant becomes necessary to avoid abusive medical profiling based on a diagnosis inevitably biased in advance by sectarian interference. My cognitive overload syndrom is indeed rooted in a vision disorder which was misdiagnosed at birth.
FR: La désinformation ambiante par rumeurs interposées est telle qu’un changement de médecin psychiatre pour une orientation vers un médecin conseil devient nécessaire pour éviter un fichage médical abusif à partir d’un diagnostic d’ingérence forcément biaisé d’avance. Mon syndrome de surcharge cognitive trouve en effet sa source dans un trouble de la vision mal diagnostiqué à la naissance.
